CAD drawings are created for detailed inspection and analysis
External design requirements such as form factor and ergonomics are thought through as well as material used for the enclosure, keys and any additional texturing.
We also use our expertise in remote control design to ensure all internal designs requirements are correct, from PCB placement to battery spring design and placement. These areas are critical for ensuring proper manufacturability of your product (ease of assembly equates to faster manufactuing time and therefor lower costs).
Should your design require and LCD display, we will use our many resources in selecting the best possible off-the-shelf LCD, or create a custom LCD for your application.
Our engineering staff will work with you in not only creating the physical remote, but also any internal programming required for your application.
